Our Santa and Christmas Stories




The year we asked our first and second classes to write stories about Santa and Christmas. Here are some of the results. Aren't they fabulous!!




Christmas day

Christmas day the elves were making toys.
They were working hard.
Mrs Claus was saying well done.
The Elf hurt his finger.
He went to Santa for help.
He gave him a plaster.
You are very good Santa.
Now I can make toys.

Christmas story

Once Upon a time Santa was sick so
Mrs Claus helped Santa do his job.
So Mrs Claus gave the toys to the children.
They felt happy when they got the toys.
But they were sad so they made gifts
For Santa then he felt better.
Then they lived happily ever after.

I love Santa

Santa might carry lots fo toys in the sleigh .
He said‘ho ho ho’.
The elves made toys.
Santa ate cookies.
Santa drank milk
He made toys for the children.

Mrs. Claus and Rudolf

Mrs. Claus and Rudolf went to go to the house to give the presents to all of the children. They were happy. A toy fell out of the sleigh .Mrs. Claus and Rudolf flew down to get the toy and they got the toy. After, they went home and fell fast asleep after their long day at work.

Santa and the North Pole


One day Santa was on his sleigh. Santa said to himself ‘I might have no toys for the children. The children might be sad’. So Santa went to the elves. The elves made toys for the children. The children will be happy.
When Santa came to the children were a sleep.
When the children woke up they saw the presents under the tree.

The Santa story

Once upon a time Santa was putting toys in the sleigh.
He didn’t have any space for the toys.
He wondered what he could do so he went to the elves. They helped him and put the presents in the sleigh. They delivered the toys to the children. The children were very happy.

The story of Christmas Eve

One day Santa was very very busy.
The elves worked very hard.
And it was snowy.
When Santa got on his sleigh he forgot his sack of gifts.
So he got them.
When he went to a house he got stuck up the chimney.
He said Ho Ho Ho.
The children woke up and they pulled him out.
And they all lived happily ever after.
